Default Hatcher Pass

People ask where there is to go all the time here in Alaska, might as well send them to Hatcher Pass. I finally drove it in August after my round trip on the Alcan to Montana and Salt Lake City in August. I'll make a Alcan album if you kids want me to. In the mean time, enjoy!

I made myself proud, I'm scared of heights and I drove the whole loop!

Very nice photos! I've been only as far at that small lake after visiting the mine, should've kept going. Hatcher is very popular area to snowmachine, anybody here ride? I've been riding 10 seasons so far and enjoy it like tremendously.

Wonderful photos. Do you have them in a higher resolution that we could grab?

Thanks, they truly are great.

I used to drive all the way up there and climb. It's been years. And I've never ridden snowmachine up there. Looks like a good place to revisit.

Ahhhhh! Thanks for the memories.

Hatcher Pass is my favorite place to pick blueberries. There's no bending over, and the reward is a bucket of giant blueberries in about 10-20 minutes.

Those were great pics. What type of camera were U using? It can't be a cell ph type. It would have turn out fuzzy on a blowup.
