Hello! My name is Seth Hughes and I am 18 years old! I am stuck in Ohio and want to get out to Barrow, Alaska for a clean start! I don't want to take anything with me besides money and any necessities. I would probably buy a car and clothes and all that once I get there. How do I move to Barrow? How do I find a job there? How do I find apartments or houses for rent? Can somebody please help me?
There are a million places to make a "clean start", why Barrow? I don't think it is realistic to move there at 18 and get a job, car, and place to live. Do you have any job skills that might be good to have in a place like that? How are you going to get there to begin with? Will you have enough money to live on awhile to pay for your rent food etc. in case you do not find a job?

There's little to no housing to be found here at the moment. Coming here with no job, no money, and no clue is, in the history of bad ideas, one of the worst of all time. I suggest you spend a year or so researching your options and saving money. If, at that time, you still want to come up with no job, you'll at least have a clue and money enough to get you home so you don't freeze to death when it's 40 below zero.
Don't go to Barrow. Even Anchorage will be enough of a shock for you. If you move to Barrow you will be cold, poor, lonely, and bored. Go to Anchorage or if you want something smaller, try Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer, etc.
