I thought I was getting sick, but it turns out I was just bored. Maybe you're just bored, Tessa?

Tessa, try drinking extra water. This time of year people can get a little dehydrated and can cause some to the symptoms your describing. Maybe a bit of gatorade or similar. If that doesn't help I have had some luck with the various herbal welness teas.

hope you feel better.

This is where everyone else adds their home remedies.

yeah...who knows exactly what it is. I know that I have dried out quite a bit. I have increased the amount of water I'm drinking, but probably not enough. Thanks for the advice!
I'm planning on keeping it to juice and soups and water for the rest of the weekend. I HATE being sick and hardly ever get sick anymore. *Sigh*

My favorite cure for when I get a bug and a fever is find some light reading material (no pictues Warptman ) draw a bath of very hot water with a cup of hot tea, or an extra tall hot chocolate with a touch of peppermint snapps. climb in the tub and soak, drink the hot liquid and burn the hell out of the bug from both directions. This way is doesn't drive into your muscles and bones.
