Goddess, try it! You will not regret it!!
Not likely to regret it no matter what.

Someone get Metla a Butterscotch Latte! LOL
Where is Klawock?

Gotta wait til I get off work, then gotta stop at the bank. But after that Starbucks here I come!!
I really ought to stay away from Starbucks during the Holidays. They always have stuff that I think is soooooo cute and just must have. The temptation is terrible.

Y'all need to help me find somewhere to move to. Don't think I'm lovin' Anchorage. It's okay but that's about it. Someone name a good place to check out. (No smart a** suggestions!)

Hmm...
Well, Juneau is great, but a lot of people don't like that you can't drive out. You would probably be happier in one of the small towns out on the Kenai peninsula, so you can drive back to Anchorage when you have a hankerin' for some big city amenities.

Yeah you may have a point. I did consider moving there before I moved here but thought it might be too small or something.
And yeah it would be nice to have alternatives to getting out
Not that I want to drive out of here. I'm all about the plane or the ferry.

Sad to think Anchorage is my big city alternative. Not bashing, just sayin"

Somebody recently told me I should move to Texas. She thought I would like Austin. Problem for me is the heat and the humidity. Can't stand it.

Texas?
Don't do it! I've been to texas, it's terrible. It's like dying and going to hell, whilst being beaten repeatedly with a club that has rusty nails sticking out of it!
Yeah, so... Texas=bad... Prolly went a little overboard there, but I feel strongly about this...

The desire to say men is strong but I can not tell a lie (well okay I can and have told lies but I won't in this case) NO Xa'at! Men are not even in the equation **sigh**

Arcticthaw--So Goddess what are you really looking for in a town or city?
I am looking for .....well before I came here I lived in a very small town, really small, but it was close enough to larger places that you didn't feel isolated. I used to sub there and loved the school 'cause it was small and close knit. To do storytelling I usually had to drive to places 20, 30 or 60 minutes away.

That didn't answer the question. Ummmm....hard to say. I definitely am looking for a small/semi small laid back place. But I guess it can't be too small 'cause, unfortunately, a sista gotta work

See, this makes sense to me. Not always to others. Jeez Arctic! You had to ask a rational question
