Well, that's not entirely true. I don't eat moose, caribou, pork, beef, lamb etc. I do eat chicken, turkey, duck, and other birds, plus salmon. Salmon's my favorite food everywhere. I'm really craving it right now. Salmon jerky... grilled salmon... smoked salmon cream cheese... salmon chowder... heck I'd even eat lox at this point!

I'll survive... It's only like a month now! The longer I wait, the more the anticipation builds... That first bite of sockeye (my fave) is gonna be like... hee hee... manna from heaven.
Yokes sells fresh wild AK salmon occasionally. I could go see what they have, but it's really expensive compared to the price up home.
