Not sure what you guys are talking about. I think its refreshing to see people use proper English, really makes you look intelligent and makes people respect what you're saying. Especially in the world we live in right now where rap/hip-hop is the top-selling genre, and 95% of those artists can hardly speak English.

Not everything, mal. I'm a person of opposites, really. Fire and water....I still think we should sink the cruise ships rather than burn them down.

Well, variety is the spice of life, and changing your MO will make it that much harder for the officers of the law to track down the unknown perpetrator(s).

as far as i'm concerned, we have no real name or location. so it's a non-issue.
what sucks about it, the really decent coments and constructive advice is nulled out by this persons "superior attitude" and condencending attitude.
total shame......
D'accord!
Nothing grinds the gears worse than a self-righteousness.
I think of it this way- a well-spoken dick is still, first and foremost, a dick.
I may have actually found a use for my ignore button.

It is called sophistry, and I thought I was the master. However, I will gladly hand over the crown. I was growing tired of it anyway.
You have not extended any courtesy to any of us in your time here, and if you really are starting now, then I will eat my hat.
Those most likely to complain about a lack of respect or civility shown them are most often simultaneously doing everything possible to make these things unlikely.

In your case, I have no contradiction in taking back any courtesy I may have considered extending to you, as it's no longer a case of subjective conjecture on my part as to what your intent is.

You've made your own sancitmony abundantly clear.

You might consider that your presumption of concluding another is guilty of having a 'superior attitude' and/or 'condescension' could be nothing more than a product of your own insecurities.

Shame? Whose shame is in play here?

I've asked completely innocuous questions here only to have you accuse me of playing people.

Seems to me, you hold more than a few hypocritical contradictions while you openly pass judgement without being able to prove any of your purely imagined conjecture.

You make accusations, call someone irratating, and pronounce shame?

Would that be the definition of superior attitude and condescension on your part?

Seems sanctimony is a trait shared by more than just Xa'at, eh?

I have no idea what you have "conjectured" that my intent is, nor do I really care.
Our little argument is getting nowhere, and I have no wish to continue it further.
Good day to you, sir.

This guy really ain't so bad, if its really him and not someone impersonating him again. If it's him, he knows what I mean. Tommy couldn't really pull it off very long elsewhere, T. If it ain't him and there's another one like him running loose up on the Kenai...Alaska does need his type so the more clones the better.

The guy's post in the touronism thread should be required reading for everything who chirps that it's "good for the economy".

Whoa,'if I'm really me' ?

Any such impersonation must appear somewhere I don't frequent.

I don't consider impersonation to be a form of flattery, and you're right, even though I've not witnessed it, I don't think those who try could come close to, as you say, pulling it off.

That they may have tried was something you didn't relate?

And you had the means, ....?

Crappy satellite connections had rather limited my online access during that time, as they do most days these days. Something was very off, though, and we don't check the IPs of every post. I'd unbanned you myself ages ago. One of the other admins checked the IP and since we know you don't live in BC...we figured it out.
