Since Skagway is warmer in temperature than Fairbanks. And Skagway has extra land over by the Mud Flats. We should consider this be the next Hollywood Studios. It has its own rail road system into Canada White Pass Railroad. Barges can bring in supplies for building construction and workers can spring up tent city for work force year round. Build offices, town homes, condos, apartments, warehouses for Studios. A new harbor must be made and a new electrical power plant. I have been to Skagway, Alaska several times and worked for the whole summer in 2007. I have a few friends in Skagway. Maybe a big California Real Estate construction company can sponsor this whole project = Hollywood Studios.

Why do you keep wanting outsiders to build things in Alaska?

You wanted contractors from Seattle to build your studios in Fairbanks (and then underhandedly insulted Alaskan builders by saying that the "Seattle construction workers know how to get things done").

Now you want a California construction company to build your Skagway dream(or should it be called a nightmare?).

Harrier is confident that Alaskans can do the job just fine if it every gets off the ground.

Well, I think independent film makers should do it. Costco has a good price on cameras. Give fresh blood a new chance to make good movies. I think Hollyweird is dead with old actors and dried up ideas. Did you see the Lone Ranger? That movie was a complete flop.

Do you think someone should invest in Skagway a Mobile Home Trailer Park? Lease per bedroom per working summer season. Three season use. This way the city of Skagway will have more reliable work force. About sixty Mobile Home Trailers four bedrooms each.

Skagway needs construction work force. Take down old houses and build new. And keep up with the stores boardwalk and build new stores. New riding stables with horses for tail rides. New built community center with indoor swim pool. One million visitors from cruise ships go through Skagway. So a good construction co workers community is needed. 60 seasonal workers.

You want to do this in every place you envision grasshopper like development - like Fairbanks and Barrow.

Why?

Notably, you haven't advocated for a community pool in Nome, or has Harrier missed something?
