Hey, no hard feelings. It's a common myth, in fact I believed it was resident tuition to until I tried to figure out how much it would cost me to go to a certain school... Let's just say now I'm sticking to colleges that I get real resident tuition in.
Oh, another myth busting related to WUE: it does not count at all schools. The vast majority of state schools are part of WUE, as are some but not all private schools. To the best of my knowledge it is not available at trade schools.
