Click on the link at the top that says "Canoe Project", the press release is further down.

This is live video, so they will take breaks. The bottom and sides are finished (roughly), so now the fun starts, flipped over and the hollowing out. It's starting to look like something now.

BTW, it will work with dial-up, but it will buffer a lot and be start and stop. Works best over DSL or Broadband.

Actually this is sorta of a pet project of mine, I setup all the web cam equipment.
