I'm OK with that. He did win the Primary, then He was beaten by a write in campaign mounted by the National RNC and wasn't beat by much. Seems the National RNC wants to keep the Status Quo, and the DNC wants a RINO voting for their side.

I think we need to replace all the RINO'S and the Democrat Senator that got in on a scam and is now trying to pretend he is a conservative until after the elections.

I will vote for Joe Miller over Mark Begich any day of the week. I will likely vote for Joe Miller over Treadwell in the primary. I happen to agree more with him over the others.

The one I would really like to dethrone is Princess Lisa, but it seems that she is destined to win every election with the help of the RINO Republicans and the Democrats.

I just wish Joe would shave. That beard is scraggly and makes him look like a hobo.

What exactly does Joe have to offer the state of Alaska? Hypocracy?

How do you figure? We get that from all the current crop of politicians.

He wants to follow the Constitution verses the pork train.

Granted those on welfare/public assistance that are able to work may not like him.

I believe that RINO is no longer a valid term The real Republican Party of today is just a watered down version of the Demoncrats. Liberalism Light. So Lisa, and McCain, Rubio, etc are actually exact true blue representations of the Republicans. The real term should be CINO, Conservative in Name Only. That label would apply to approx 60-70 percent of current politicians with an (R) in front of their name. The real challenge in the next couple of elections will be to make that (R) stand for REMOVED instead.

...and to get rid of Begich in 14 too of course...

Good luck with the later. As I have told many about Begich, he is an excellent politician, but a lousy public servant! In those two aspects (and more) he is a perfect fit for the Obama camp.

As long as there are candidates like Mystrom who split the R vote, as in the election that made Begich mayor by the back door, he will continue to be a Senator. The electorate, in general, is getting dumber and dumber with each cycle and only the Dems seem to understand and thus capitalize on it.

The republican party needs to gets their respective heads on straight, determine exactly what their "platform" is and hold course under the flag of solidarity. The disconnect and confusion that eminates form the R party has been alienating registered voters for the past 10 years. The bright side to the disconnect is that the Dems have nearly cornered the market but, by buying the votes they need to win they keep their constituents fat and happy in ignorant bliss all the while camouflaging their incompetence.
