On the last one there are 2 red things. Are those piers, and if so why is the water so low?

The water freezes low here in the fall. The two piers are where they have the floating docks where the boats park. A ramp goes from the piers to the floating docks.

They haven't even started on the rebuild yet. Hopefully they'll get the stream back up.
