We are moving to a small community and I have shipped all my books,DVDs,and stuffs like that via media mail. It is cheap,takes a little time to get there though. And my husband has sent all his hand tools via Flat Rate shipping boxes and he had some boxes that weighed 35+lbs and those only cost us 8.95 + insurance. This method won't let you get everything there but it will help some.
