Anyone have any experience with Beluga Apartments, 203 Ocean Drive Loop, Homer, Alaska 99603 with Kary Brinson at Homer Seaside Properties. Right in the bend at Beluga Lake. Looking to move to Homer next month and looking for an apartment with a cat. I did note that the entire complex is up for sale.

I was told not to worry about apts that are for sell.

A friend of mine in homer lives or lived in those apartments. I never went inside but they sure are in a great central location. I think you'll enjoy homer. Good luck.
