lol cobolt
yup I am a whimp lol I guess i am spoiled so when I have to wear socks i get cranky
I am actually wearing my ALaska moose socks today
but again I think it is because I live in FLA when I lived up north I had no problem with the cold because you expect it to be cold.

I agree with the gray & gloomy it has been like that during the last couple days I think it makes most folks grumpy

hence the moose socks they can't help but make you smile

I thought I'd have a hard time with the cold b/c I've been away from cold weather for so long so I figured my tolerance was down, and it may be. I just remember going back to Chicago one Christmas. I had just finished having dinner with my cousin and we were walking to my rental car and it was sooo cold that I could not stop my teeth from chattering. It was ridiculous. I said to him "How the f*%$ do you put up with this stuff?" and he was like "You lived here for 18 years. What happened to YOU?" I must have a breakdown temp where I go into whimpy mode. I don't know what the temp was that night.

Cloudy makes me cranky... Maybe I should buy some moose socks for those rainy days too!

The sun is peeking over the horizon! Making an awesome alpineglow on everything. It's clear skies to the south and I can actually see the top of the sun! And the fullish moon is spectacular. And the temps are still mild. It's just an all around fine day on the northern coast.

And no camera...but...I did file it deep within my memory bank. I can watch over and over as much as I want...in my minds eye!

Both Seattle and Vancouver would be good starting places.
