Back in "The Good Ol' Days" people went beaver trapping in March. And you could always tell exactly who had been out beaver trapping too... because those windchill numbers look nasty, but for a guy out on a lake setting beaver traps it invariably meant getting several splotches of frostbite on the face over several days time. For the next couple of weeks, beaver trappers all had scabs on their faces that were in various stages of healing.

Anyone else see the northern lights last night? The sky was full even down here in Sterling! Starting about 10:30 pm. Should be real good for the next 4 or 5 days.
