It's definitely catchy. For me, it's all about the tune. If it has nice lyrics, that's fine, but it takes quite a few listens and often a google search for me to figure out what they are. If the melody doesn't catch me, then I generally don't like the song.

I am the same. I am such an 80's child though...give me Icehouse or Glass Tiger any day. I'll listen to anything once.

It seems time went by fast since May 1988. Had four jobs since. Bought a bunch of toys and traveled up and down the Alcan. Amazing.

Warpt, you should check out the band Nanook of the North. It's a Swedish band, but their lead singer is Inuit, from somewhere here in Alaska. Their album is about him moving from Alaska to Sweden, but there's a definite theme of incorporating Inuit myths.

It does seem as though time traveled quickly. I've been around the world and back it seems. Not planning on ever attending a reunion though!
