Don't want to scare anyone, but I searched for "death penalty" (I'm writing a scientific report in English on the death penalty in the US) and this thread came up.

I haven't been reading on here for a while, but what are you guys talking about??!!

Default Mystery!

I'm sitting at my desk doing my calc homework, and I just realized that there's this beautiful red strawberry on my desk in front of me. Now, I know I didn't put it there, so I'm left wondering how this strawberry got to sitting on my desk all-innocent like. Secret admirer?
Think I should eat it?

That remake "Hurt" Cash did makes me want to cry whenever I hear it. His voice is so sad & haunting sounding, I believe he did that pretty soon before he died. I have to turn it off when I hear it.

That depends...are you at home or are you at school/library? I think the "at home alone" scenario and the strawberry on your desk that you didn't put there sounds like a much more interesting prospect.

I say, go for it.

Yep...he did it r ight before he died...I really like it. I think because it's real and raw. Sometimes we don't want to see that part. We like the old WWII movies where actors make war look gallant and fashionable...we like skinny Elvis instead of fat Elvis....

Oh, I'm home alone. I spent the weekend with my family, got back last night. The room was locked until I got home and I've been in it since. I did buy strawberries, but I put them in my fridge straightaway, never got anywhere near my desk...
