Yeah....well....I'm thinking that might just happen....as stupid as they are and how they were honkin on the rations while Pa was out trying to get his fishin on. Weed out the weaklings already! 6 mile hike and the one was crying to the moon and whining. Crap....I walk that much after work on my hikes. It's Alaska for crying out loud....not the flippin Hilton La Dee Da!

Tonight the Mythbusters will be in Alaska, should be fun to watch. I laughed at the fishing parts on lastnight, its not that hard to catch a silver! They should have gave them flyrods just to make life harder for them to catch a fish. It took me a few weeks of casting to figure out how not to hit my head with a fly. Hooks hurt on top of your head.

Yeah...Alaska Week on the Discovery Channel. Good stuff. I love Deadliest Catch. I just think Capts Johnathon and Sig rock! "I want a crab count, and I want it NOW!" and how Sig got all bent out of shape at the deckhand eating a sandwich while sorting crab. Sig runs a tight ship. Reminds me of a Capt I served under in my Navy days. No BS. "Shut up and Fish!!" Great stuff!

Since I got my passport, I'd love to go over to China and check out the Ganges River and the Three Gorges Dam. One of these years.

I have half the day off this morning and I'm watching my nephew, I just gave him oreos, should be bouncing here in a minute or two. Nothing like spoiling the nephews and nieces.

Did you guys see the northern lights last night? They were out pretty good at midnight. Tonight I'm heading out to get some pics.
I also had what I think was a hen pheasant in my yard last night, on the bird feeder. Very wierd looking and as big as a chicken. Also had a long tail. Maybe it was a young peacock! I'll post a picture later. Time for breakfast.

Here's that bird that was in my yard last night. I loaded them big so you can see it. Enlarge the thumnails. Is it a pheasant? A peacock? See the long tail.

I'd say pheasant or quail maybe...
I hope the lights are out tonight. I rearranged my appartment so I can see right out a north facing window from my bed.
Mythbusters at 8!
