I try to keep a low profile, even though people hear me just about everyday on the radio. It is China week on the Travel Channel, good shows all week!

Low profile... :-)
I worked in radio back in the 1960's. Also, I used to watch that tv program, "WKRP In Cincinnati" and just about die laughing at how accurate it was.
Whatever, I had a chat with a certain family member tonight, who mentioned you by name! She was very complimentary!

I agree. Those dudes are crazy for climbing those poles in that weather. I hope that they get paid well, which I'm sure that they do.

It basically is a show on how tough things are compared to the lesser 48, in the summer it is most likely just like any other state. Some of the jobs they show I'd never think of doing even though the money is good. I used to haul stove oil and propane and doing that in the winter sucked. I did that for ten years. Now I have a office job which I love and the pay is good.

It is just as tough in Mn, ND, and Idaho etc., in the winter. Tough in AK just depends on where you are at.
