Sweden...you better come back tomorrow. This is going to be the roughest 5/6 months I've ever had to live!
Daylight/darkness? Heck I don't know! I quit keeping track years ago! I'll just throw a wild guess and say 18 hours daylight mid summer...4 hours mid winter. Don't quote me on that.

Time for some dinner then I'm off to play volleyball at the local elementary school. A great get together for burning off cabin fever!

hey echobluff

I am a Master Gardener here in NE fla but the rooting techniques apply everywhere

I did notice on our visit in Sept that the plants were huge, rance said it was because of the long days of summer

lol yet another "little ditty" hubby is using to get us to move up there

yay Metlakatla just don't forget to bring my baby moose


omg sweden you killed a fern please come to fla we have some invasive ones that we would love help in getting rid of

Xa'at i love the picture of the Mendhall glacier with snow we saw it in Sept the waterfall on the side was just amazing

Early Spring just after Easter (break-up). Young moose had a hard winter and nothing to eat yet. First winter w/o mommy is always hard. Even for moose! We named him George and he hung around till mid summer.
