Thank you very much. I didn't do so well last time. I looked hard for something to take a picture of and I ran across the fox upriver.

Default Just an awesome day...

Seeing as it had warmed up to zero yesterday a handfull of us did a 50 mile ride up Moose River and back. Just an all around great day of riding.

Got back just in time to watch Dale Jr win the budweiser shootout! A perfect ending to a perfect day!

Hahahaha! My youngest brother is away playing bandy at the school in Ödestugu (the neighbouring village) and mom was supposed to call him at half past 7 (to see if they're done and it's time to pick him up) and she forgot! It's quarter to 8 now! Poor brother!

I am horrible, but then I've spent all day sitting on the floor in my room trying to summarize and analyze the results from the experiments on stress and learning from last Friday... Plus now I'm watching the re-run on Men in Trees. The new episodes will be aired on Wednesday...

Warpt, from looking at the votes, I believe you're going to be the next CD winner!
Sniff, sniff, I've only gotten one vte this far... Thank you whoever it was...

Rance, you neer told me you went snow machiing with a bunch of people! See, you're doing well without me! I feel so redundant... I better go study instead...

No I'm not! Matter of fact I should probably call you tomorrow just to hear the sound of your voice! I think I'm taking Devin to Homer for a lunch of steamers and artichoke/crab dip! Since it decided to be 32 below zero again this morning. See...you should be here Sweden!

Rance it's looking pretty good down there! -45 AGAIN this morning, while I watch the sun come up. Seeing as you seem to have more snow there my idea of making that area my winter home and Fairbanks the summer home just might work out. Looks like this weather will break next week, then it will be spring time in Alaska!

I can't wait until March. Usually get a bunch of snow, plus the sun has some heat to it. We were planning on riding up to Skilak Glacier today. But it's too dang cold this morning. So we're headed to Homer for lunch. Should be a very nice scenic drive. The sun is shining on my thermometer. It still reads -20 degrees!

Riding down or driving? Is there even a trail from Sterling to Homer? That would be a fun ride. One time a friend and I drove to Homer for lunch, she said "you must be kidding me" as we pulled into McDonalds. We didn't eat there, I was just playing around. We had lunch at that restaurant by the harbor above the store on the spit.

We drove down and had lunch at Lands End. Crab, steamers, artichoke/crab dip and fries. It was a beautiful day in Homer. I'll get around to some pics here after awhile. We even stopped and watched a couple circle track ice races on Beluga lake. Ice racing at it's finest!
