Karrar, do you have the original driver CD that came with the PC?
What OS? Windows XP or Vista or something else?

haha, ok I am sooo not a computer person. Twice I've had to get my computer wiped out for viruses, lost everything. Yep, I still have all the cd's but I don't want to do anything w/them because that's what Dell did for me once & it deleted everything. I have windows xp. I think I should just call Dell up again. I hate computers!

Generally if you install the driver CD, it simply re-installs all of the drivers. Any drivers currently on the system are just re-copied. You can also go to the Dell website & enter the service tag # off the back of your computer. The website will tell you your system's configuration & what drivers you need. You can download the missing driver there.
