My condolences to the families of the two people that were killed. These boys were doing what they loved. Andy Baugh is well known in Alaska and the lower 48, he was the only one who survived. He and a friend of his are the producers of the 2Stroke Cold Smoke series of dvd's filmed in Alaska and the lower 48. You can see Christoph at the 2:15 mark of this youtube clip. I don't know anything about race cars but User3 will be seeing that race in person. Should be fun for him. He takes incredible pictures so hopefully he'll post some here for those of you who are interested in racing.

I want to apologize for my attitude towards Rance and his lovely little 18 yr old, Sweden. I guess my harsh words came from my own personal situation within my family, and my father doing the same thing. He married a girl younger than my older sister. And to myself and my siblings it was sick! We couldn't even understand it as young teenagers, ourselves. Myself, and my other 3 siblings do not talk to our father today after 30 years. We have a half brother, and a half sister from his very young wife, and we can't get together because of such bad emotions and what our father did. So, I shouldn't judge what these 2 are doing today. Times have changed, and I wish you both good luck. But, I will tell you Rance, be careful.

Sounds like you and your siblings have mental issues. Not only should you not judge Sweden or myself...you shouldn't be judging your father. If he found a young woman that makes him happy, married her, and now has children with her...he must be fairly happy in his decision. So you should be happy for him/them. Do you have a problem with your father no longer being with your mother? Or is it just about age? Not talking to your father for 30 years because he chose to re-marry...thats just dumb. I suppose you and your siblings would prefer he was a single loner, living like a hermit? Would you talk to him then? Or would you be ashamed and avoid him such as you do now? Have you ever taken the time to think about how your father feels? I'd imagine he feels terrible that his own children shun him...over something so unimportant, the age of his wife. I feel sorry for you. The times you've missed, and are missing with your father. How can you be so selfish? Do yourself a favor, call your Dad..today.

USDA recalls 143 million pounds of beef

Officials said it was the largest beef recall in the United States
Officials estimate that about 37 million pounds of the recalled beef went to school programs, much of the rest went to fast food chains.

.....but they believe most of the meat in the schools probably has already been eaten.

I'd recommend the kids take the paper bag lunch from home anyway.

......anyone want a drive through meal today?
