Glad you're safe and sound Karla!

Our weather alarm kept beeping every few minutes from 1am to 3am, needless to say by the time it was all clear, my nerves were shot!

It's clear blue sky and plenty of sunshine today though....go figure.

Sorry, that's what I call them. The signal like the NOAA weather radios give out. We get our severe weather alerts via my cell phone (so that in case the power goes out we still get the warning), plus I was up watching the local TV station anyway, so not only was the TV beeping, but my phone was ringing too!

I think my hubby used to get irritated with me for getting a little freaked out when the weather gets bad, though he never said anything. That was until last year when I woke him up at midnight because we were under a tornado warning. When all was said and done it passed by directly behind our house and our little rural community suffered quite a bit of damage. Now when I say get up, let's go...... I don't have to repeat myself!

Did Keith Olberman just call Bush a fascist?

YouTube - Bush is a Fascist - Keith Olbermann Special Comment - 2/14

I believe he did.....

(...if we lived in a police state, he'd have been imprisoned,

we do not live in a police state, but we do live in a proto-fascist state)

Exclamation he's not the first

I call bush a fascist all the time... Just not on youtube, I guess.

I know I was supposed to be on a "chill-out" break, but I couldn't resist...
Since I'm posting, check out these pics I took (with no photoshop editing!):

I'll leave you to guess what they are.
