With this warm weather brings icy streets/parking lots. Its 40 above here and things are melting fast. I just had dinner a bit ago and I was walking back to the car and the wind almost caught my hat, I reached up to grab it and down I went. Landed knees first then I caught myself with my hands. Now I have a thrown back, bruised knees and I think I pulled a butt muscle. Stupid warm weather.

Not going to worry about that. I must be getting old, I'm hurting. Oh, 2008 means 20 year class reunion, not going to it.

I was the same way about my class reunions. Never did make one. You have to watch those Chinook winds. They have a tendency to catch folks off gaurd! Next time you stroll across a parkinglot or just out to the truck...use the power grip. Curl all but your index fingers into the palms of your hands and walk. It utilizes a different range of muscles up through your back...and you'd be surprised at the stability you get even on glare ice. Serious!
