I don't know what the deal is. But if my lens is damaged KLM is going to get a bill for twice what I paid for it. They even put a yellow tag on my camera pelican case stating approved cabin baggage. I'm going to ask the steward for a complaint card.

The reason you should be able to have 2 is because women have a hand bag and another carry-on. That is where to 2 limit came from.

Damn those folks on HBO and Kevin Bacon for making me cry. I just watched that movie "Taking Chance" and my wife kept watching me take tissues out of the box.
