Where is the farthest south in Alaska that the sun doesn't set during summer solstice?

Southernmost road accessible spot is Eagle Summit along the Steese Highway. South of the arctic circle, but elevated above the surrounding landscape, so the sun doesn't quite set there. There's a bit of an informal party up there at solstice every year.

Is that about a 2 hour drive from Fairbanks?

Yeah, something like that. The last bunch of miles are on gravel road though, so a little slow.
