In Alaska; civic events? churches? work? Internet?  , social networking?
What have been your expeiences?
I know its different for everyone, but is there a few common denominators?

When a good woman won't do, a fine dog is almost as nice here in Alaska 
Seriously, Alaska is really about like any other place, only the ratio os single women is much lower here. Many single women would not move to Alaska, therefore the majority that come here are already married.
The typical Alaskan woman is great though, finding a single one cane be a bit more difficult though. Try church first.
