Usually, yes. Most on-line places will offer free shipping if you purchase a certain amount. Then it is a 5 to 10 wait while it is shipped snail-mail.

You know, since we're talking about the woes of finding clothes that fit, I'll throw this one in: I think the sizing system for women needs to change. Men's sizing to me makes more sense: waist and inseam in inches...makes it pretty easy. With women's sizes, you almost always have to try them on because one brand's size six could be another brand's size eight. I know the hip thing probably makes the inch system difficult, but come on already...
