I am curious if anyone has fished off the beach in front of Nome. I'm probably going up there to visit this summer/fall. I'd love to surf fish in the Bering Sea.

I take it you aren't from Nome. There are no dredges out right now. I haven't been there in the summer but I'm sure there will be places to fish, even I have to run up the beach a few miles.

I didn't fish much close to town but I've seen folks fishing both the Nome & Snake River. We did all all our fishing out at the Penny & Cripple.
