I am in the process of apply for a jobin Anchorage, Alaska. I currently live in Orland Park, Illinois.(Near Chicago, Illinois). The job in Anchorage pays $18.00 an hour.Could I live on $18.00 an hour in Anchorage? I have no family tosupport, just me. I have no major debt. Thank you and TGIF. Is is a 40 hour a week job? Can you work overtime? Would you be willing to work a part time job too? If it's a full time job, after taxes you'll bring home about $2,400 a month. Rent is going to eat up half of that. With no debt you could make it, but it'll be tight.
