I'm going to be bitching to City Council about their city-owned-and-maintained trailer court because the place is worse than a dump in the Philippines or other Third World nightmare (this doesn't have anything to do with people from the Philippines; we ave very few of them here). Anyone else notice a distinct decline in their communities in recent years?
Hell yes. I passed a whole bunch of dumps at the I-5/I-90 interchange today. Mounds of garbage in one spot was at a guess 200 cubic yards.

Seattles getting worse all the time.

Housing here is not getting cheaper. We inherited Vancouver Canadas problem of rich Chinese kids buying realestate. An out house on a 1/4 axre will be bought by one of them for a million sight unseen.

They're going to do the same thing Canada did. Put a hell of a tax on it.

I haven't noticed any decline in population in my area; I think it's still growing in population. Decline in the quality of life is what I meant.
