Do you get tired of the endless posts here from people that have never been to Alaska, but "have wanted to move to Alaska their whole lives" ?

I've never been to sub Saharan Africa, but I think I'd like to move there. See how silly that sounds?

Default Is this your biennial survey?

So, you've never been satisfied with the answers you've previously gotten when you started these threads, asking the same thing?

2015:
I'm thinking of moving to Alaska in 2025 !! (I've never been to Alaska, but...)

2013:
I want to move to Alaska but... (I've never been there)

2011:
Why do people that have never been to Alaska want to move to Alaska?

2009:
A question about moving to Alaska??? (Why the heck do so many people post about moving to Alaska...)

2007:
Why do so many people want to move to Alaska that have never been there before?

Funny that you question and criticize others for what you call their "endless posts." What a lot of energy you've spent asking the same question over and over again just to make fun of people who, with the spirit of a pioneer, simply want to move to Alaska without having been there before! People ask about places they've never visited before yet have dreamed about living in for any number of reasons, all over City-Data's boards. Yet, every two years you ask the same thing. Why? Aren't you tired of asking yet?

Actually, what I get tired of is your trolling.

This is a relocation forum. The kind of posts you're talking about are supposed to happen here. What I think people get tired of is those posters who don't seem to want to listen to those who live in Alaska about how things really are, but on the other hand, those posters aren't always right, either. Look at the King Cove thread where that poor girl would have ended up with an ATV on roads she couldn't use it on if she had listened to us.
