Question - Coldest town(s) in Alaska, not counting North Slope towns???
Not counting small villages south of the North Slope, either. The towns in this contest should have online accessible weather data/records, and a general level of services, stores and amenities to qualify as a town.

(Also, by coldest I mean in general, average temperatures throughout the year, not just record lows.)

For a small town, theres lots of cold people here.

Check the National Weather Service and look at records and stuff there. They have all that online.

If you are looking at average temps throughout the year you will be looking at coastal areas. For extreme temps you will look at interior areas.

How you define a town is questionable. Do is have to be on a road to be a town? If so, that disqualifies most of Alaskan towns.
