Was wondering if anyone in Juneau could take a couple pictures of the car canopies they sell here? I have heard that they have them, Also I have heard I can order something on the phone with them such as this and they will deliver to Alaska marine lines for shipment to sitka, is this true?

Yes, they have a shipping department. You just have to call and ask. Sadly, they no longer have the bush order catalog online.
