It's snowing?

I don't know what being a "real Alaskan" means. There was a guy up in the Susitna who used to always say that no one could call themselves an Alaskan unless they got here before 1960--and he didn't include those who were born here after that time. Of course he moved here from Cali himself in '59

Maybe being a real Alaskan means chewing your leg off to get out of some lower 48 hellhole such as Montana. I'll be getting on a plane in the morning.
