My definition of a "real Alaskan" is:
Anyone who is born in Alaska, no matter where on the planet they may live; and
Anyone who lives in Alaska all year round.
I do not consider snowbirds, or those who flee the state before the winter, to be "real Alaskans" unless they were born in Alaska.
