Hooligan = eulachon (sp?) which are small, very oily, valuable (terms of energy content) fish...Natives used to catch tons of 'em and smoke them/render oil, I believe...hope I can pass the AK history test on this one...but we don't have 'em down here on POW.

I know it may be dumb to name a tiny boat but I feel a connection to her anyway. And I really really need to catch a fish in her soon...any more trips without blood on the boat and it'll be bad luck! Oh and gotta crack at least one beer in there too. But no more---real dumb to be boating under the influence around here.
