Juneau bowling center location
I've looked for but can't find the bowling center. Could a Juneau resident give me directions from say The Nugget Mall, as I live near there. I've called the bowling lanes to ask for directions but can't reach them. Their web site doesn't offer a map and they have very odd hours.

The bowling center is on the corner of West 10th & D Street. So take Egan Dr. till you reach W. 10th st. & hang a left. Cross F St. & Glacier Ave. The Bowling Center will be on the left.

It does not sound like the same one that's right across from the A&P market. Just saying. Are there two!?

I'm not sure. I'm only relying on what I see on Wikimapia. Where is the A&P?

Juneau Bowling Center"
When I looked at the location on Google Maps it seems to be near the location marked by Wikimapia. Unfortunately the link to their website doesn't have directions.

it's across the street from the A&P, next to the salvation army. Look for the sign...."bowling center". It's small.

thanks, now if I knew where the A&P and Salvation Army were located, I guess I would be all set to see "bowling center", eh?
I'll continue to call until they answer.

for crying out loud....
leave nugget mall...
go south (turn right) on egan....
go allllll the way down to the harbor area (5 whole miles), once you pass the boats you come to a stop light. Turn left and go to willoughby. Stop at the stop sign and turn right, the big ugly black building to your left is the post office/federal building.
Follow the road to the left (a whole 100 yards) and you will see the A&P on the right, and the salvation army place on the left. Slow down, it's 50 yards past the turn to the left.
the bowling center is there with the salvation army place.

Or ask *anyone*, ask a bus driver. It's right near a bus stop.

tolerance, patience and kindness are virtues one should strive to have. On Mother's Day some people's posts remind me why my mother thought such virtues are so important.
