No, no, no.... Each tourist will come with an RFid chip in their neck and will be scanned with an RF scanner as the ship passes, and the Cruise ship will be charged accordingly. Can't inconvienience the mighty tourist $
![]() We can also have scanners station strategically at each town to tax them on the amount of infastructure they use. Kinda a per flush, or per mile walked. Those that buy local from a yearround company will recieve a discount. ![]() OH and don't forget the fuel surcharge and shipping! |
