We passed a couple of those ships today on the Malaspina, and they dwarfed us

Default any busier

Yeah, if it gets any busier they'll have to install a stoplight in the Lynn canal, so as to prevent any traffic accidents.

Default toss one in the bin

I can just see it now, as the cruise ship pulls up to the booth, the captain will have to lean over the side and toss a hunk of change into the bin.

No, no, no.... Each tourist will come with an RFid chip in their neck and will be scanned with an RF scanner as the ship passes, and the Cruise ship will be charged accordingly. Can't inconvienience the mighty tourist $
We can also have scanners station strategically at each town to tax them on the amount of infastructure they use. Kinda a per flush, or per mile walked. Those that buy local from a yearround company will recieve a discount.

OH and don't forget the fuel surcharge and shipping!
