OH, OK, I already know, been living on a salmon stream since 1959....but I want to meet that rare bird, an old conservative f**t, + wife from Homer! You sound interesting...Did you go see the Gov? and Road Show?
I heard they were in Soldotna yesterday.....but Sarah was going to be in Homer as well....

It's much easier to meet people of the opposite sex by being yourself, by being sure of yourself, honest, trustful, and by expressing such in your gaze when you make eye contact. Long ago when I dated, which I did often, I realized that eye contact was the most important way of establishing communication with strangers.

I no longer have to practice such things, except every now and then to tell my beautiful wife of over 26 years that my interest in her remains the same to this day, just to bring a smile to her face, and sometimes just to admire her. In my opinion, eye contact will get you there sooner than later.

Visit places where people with similar interests frequent, and at times where they may feel safer to be there. Relax, don't be pushy, observe, and listen attentively when someone talks to you. Make that person feel like she the most important person in the whole world, regardless of her looks, and be honest about it. If you don't want to date her, she can be a good friend.
