Smile Anyone Moving to Interior Alaska
I have some property with a house that needs finish work, but is habitable, and five acres in Central, Alaska. Had to move to Fairbanks, due to a layoff. Am doing a for sale by owner and am trying to connect with anyone who might be thinking of moving to a remote community or for someone who wants a recreational home. Central has easy access to remote areas for fantastic hunting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, hiking, camping, floating on Birch Creek National Wild River. Yukon River access - 30 miles by road to Circle, AK and then access to Yukon-Charley River Natl Preserve.
