ErikaKazan is on a distinguished road
Well what would you like to know about Kenai? I have lived in the Kenai/Soldotna area for quite a while. You mentioned home construction, are you in that line of work? My husband is and if we could clone him a few times I may actually get to see him on occation.

Homer is beautiful I will agree but a bit small for my taste. Anchorage is Ok. I lived there for 2 years and was not really impressed but that could have been the going through a divorce at the same time that tainted my opinion. It is definatly eaiser to buy what your looking for tha here in Soldotna, but you always plan a few Anchaorge shopping trips for back to school and Christmas. We will soon have a Walmart which will give Fred Meyer some compitition. I personally like the smaller area here. Smaller schools etc. Also if you happen to go in the ditch or have car trouble someone always stops. I am sure they do in Anchorage some but here there is that small town look out for your neighbor attitude.

Do you have specific areas of intrest or questions? I will do my best to answer them. Personally I love this area esp. for raising kids. There are drugs here as there are anywhere but if you use common sense you'll be just fine.

Good Luck! Feel free to send me a message if you'd like.

Erika

It has been 90 degrees or more with 85 percent humidity ALL WEEK LONG here on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Want sun? - We also have scenery - Come visit

The biggest advantage to Homer is that I'm here!

Seriously, it depends on what you want.
