Are there any wine drinkers? I have a bottle of homemade Red Currant and a bottle of Red Currant/Blueberry wine that I could bring.

Barkley will you be in Anchorage the 26th or 27th? We are staying the night in town the 26th, then probably gonna hit the Anchorage Zoo the 27th as we work our way toward the house.
I land in Anchortown about 1:30 pm on Tuesday and will have a few hours to kill waiting on Sweden to arrive at 10:00 pm.

We'll be in Anchorage the afternoon of the 27th, staying at the Captain Cook.
Satch I've thrown our itinerary out the window. We're just going off & doing things as the whim hits us. Most of our list was in Anchorage & Anchorage isn't where I want to spend the majority of our time. Grannyroost has invited us down to Soldatna.

Completely understandable. And I agree about Anchorage. I work there and that's it. And that's not by choice but there aren't any jobs where I can make the money I want to here in the the Mat-Su.
Where are you staying now? Here in the Valley?

I'll admit that I'm not familiar with it. However, seeing as I've only lived here since June, that shouldn't be surprising.

Are you heading down to Soldotna to see Granny?

I love a good wine...never had a homemade one before. The best wine I ever had was Tasmania's Mt. Wellington late harvest reisling...omg it tastes like a great sweet tea, I drank an entire bottle in one afternoon, I'm not a drinker, so hubby had much amusement out of me

Being southern I have had peach moonshine...damn...that will knock ya back!!!

Ohhhh the images...LOL. Warpt is going to be the only sober one and will have to prop each of us up before we fall over. I do not drink often and usually find myself numb about the gills after a few swallows. The wine sounds good...we have some Jack and beer. I plan on having a couple pitchers of tea and lemonade.
If anyone has special needs or requests, let me know before Wednesday.
