How do you like your Governor?
Just curious, for she's popping up as McCain's running mate. I trust the national press a lot less than actual Alaskans.

Wow Alaska, gondrats! You are likely going to loose your governor, but for a good cause eh? Never saw that one coming. I've always wanted to visit your state, now another reason. Your governor is not bad looking!
Soccer mom to VP in a few years? Not bad and as they say, only in America! Good pick by McCain. and a surprising one at that.

Not too surprising. I've been saying all along that his smartest choice would be a woman to pick up those disillusioned Hillary supporters. Nice balance with the age, thing, too. Good luck to them, and congrats to you Alaskans.

The husband and I were just discussing how ironic this is...the current VP (Cheney) is from Wyoming...where we just moved from...and now the VP candidate (Palin) is from Alaska...where we just moved to  I need more coffee. |

I would disagree. When it comes to executive experience, there's a world of difference between running a congressional office of a dozen people and running an entire state government. |
