Not too surprising. I've been saying all along that his smartest choice would be a woman to pick up those disillusioned Hillary supporters. Nice balance with the age, thing, too. Good luck to them, and congrats to you Alaskans.

I would disagree. When it comes to executive experience, there's a world of difference between running a congressional office of a dozen people and running an entire state government.
