I noticed that she was not on the docket for tomorrow as it showed earlier in the month so I checked....
It says now her hearing on the 26th was "vacated", what ever the hell that means, and a new date of 12-10 has been set for a change of Plea Hearing.
What do you think she'll change it to Mr. Craig Faith? (do you really exist?) So what will you have to say if she changes it to Guilty? Going to tell us it was the only way she could make it go away? Going to tell us she had no choice? going to tell us the all powerful "bully" made it happen or will you suck it up and face facts?
By the way... did you know that there is a town not too far down the road from the Cree Indian reservation in Montana called Craig Montana? Probably just a coincidence.

If it's a change of plea as the website says there probably won't even be a Grand Jury but just in case be sure to remember, if you get picked for the jury, and they start asking you questions, be sure to avoid answers that contain phrases such as:
"an eye for an eye"
"Guilty as HELL!"
"if it smells like a fish, looks like a fish it's probably a fish.. or possibly a skunk"
"Hang em High!"
or
"You'll grow hair on your palms for doing that!".
All could be very very bad.

KYUK will be video taping the 2009 K-300 along the whole trail. Should be good, they haven't done one since I've been there. It's been six years now.

from what I have seen on Utube and my space over the past few days, this lady has way more problems than theft. I find it hard to believe she is still working for the school district.  |
