It wasn't a person, it was a decoy....ie a fake buck whose eyes light up like damien and has three f&g boys sleeping in the woods behind it...one that Wrennie hadn't yet gotten around to marking with a pink ribbon and sunglasses...
oh, sorry...you're talking about the dog. It's POW, don' cha know. Met's right, he would have gotten shot had he been caught. We take our dogs seriously down here too.

My apologies for not being clearer...I meant the infamous Cheney shootout with the poor chap who accompanied him - in an indirect reply to Barkley's post. My bad.

Sarah Palin wasn't the catalyst for an Alaskan "trend"; it already began a couple of years ago--but because of Palin it's become more mainstream.

Actually, this is probably more accurate.

Once construction starts on the Gas Pipeline, regardless of what company(s) finally end up building the darn thing, there will be another boom comparable to the one we saw with TAPS. I've talked to some of the PM's at BP and they anticipate there will be more jobs than people, particulary given the current changing workforce demographics. Could be allot of foreign and migrant labor needed just to make it happen. We all should be prepared!

I think Cheney is a sound shooter. He probably never looked to see what he was shooting at. He just shot because he heard a sound. Dumbazz...
