No idea. Was he? Did he tax the rich and gave the money to the poor? Those were very different times, while Communism dates back to recent time. Communism abolishes religion, too.

Other than illustrating a disturbing lack of intellectual sophistication, the purpose for posting this is exactly what?

Don't even go there. Honestly, that was pretty pathetic. Obama is a socialist and socialism has never and will never work. Here's hoping that McCain can pull out a win against that radical charlatan.

Why not?

It seems the only Gospel the current Rightwing Evangelicals (or most anyway, I believe the data shows a generational divide) is the Gospel of Hate.

And once you cut through the spin, the lies, this great "socialist" (were that he was!) only wants to restore the tax code to what it was under that mediocre corporate Democrat, Bill Clinton.

You are so far out there in Left field that it's gotten humorous. The only people do any "hating" are the "progressives." One merely has to look at the vitriol directed at Sarah Palin to see that. You are patently delusional on that assertion.

I have ascertained that facts mean absolutely nothing to you. Socialism is a destructive ideology that has NEVER, EVER worked. Since when are other people ENTITLED to my money? That disgusts me.

Since the revolutions, violent and peaceful, in Europe that ended Feudalism at the latest.
Probably with the rise of agriculture, if the truth be known.

See, when a system is inherently unfair......

Now that I responded to yours, riddle me one:

Who was FDR, and what was his motivation?

What is the "rightwing evangelicals" gospel you talk about? The one that opposes same-sex marriage in CA?

The socialist who wants to increase the tax of those who earn $250K, $150K, or $120K?
