I think he works at McDonalds. But not in Alaska. Or he'd make twice that.

MM I still have a job drilling for oil that we ship down south to you guys. So you can drive your gas guzzling SUV's down to starbucks and complain about our govorner over a cup of America's finest. I wish you folks would ease up on the consumption. It's driving our fuel prices sky high!

I believe he is right in a lot of areas. I hear everyone saying that I still have a job. That is the optimum word "still". Now when in time a few of you change that remark of I "had" a job, are you going to reply back to manmountain and say. "Boy he was right, I didnt see that coming" Or even the ones who know of people, maybe a freind or a relative who looses a job because of what is yet to come. The economy is not going to get better folks. No I am not saying that this is the end of the world, but it is the end of the fat on the hog, in which we have all been part of. I believe very lean times are to come. The 700 billion plan they all worked on getting to pass will seem to encourage the select few, but in the very short run, you will see it was a futile attempt to correct what has been abused and missused. We all lived high on the hog and now is the time to pay for a falsely fabricated economy we have been living in. It takes a long time but payback is knocking on the tax payers door. Middle class hold on.

I'm not going to cry and whine until I lose my job. And then and only then will I resort to working at McDonalds. No fear here.
