Land in Talkeetna?
I read and reread the rules of the Forum and I can't figure out if it is kosher or not, but my husband and I have land in Talkeetna that we are putting up for sale. it is 10 acres. If you are interested, PM me. If I wasn't supposed to post this, let me know nicely, and sorry! Hope it's okay.

As much as I hate EBay, you can list it there, just post the positive facts and some photos of it if you have them. Thousands of people will see the site and look at it with all the interest in Alaska.
Craig's list is good too, but is only regional and most people in Alaska are already where they want to be, but you never know, besides, it is free.
Talkeetna is a place that is getting a lot of positive press with all the cruise lines trying to promote their own aggenda and they take tour buses there too.
If you need some photos of the place, when I drive to Anchorage every so often, I can take some for you as long as I don't have to snowmachine to get there because it is one of those places twenty miles back in the "Pucker Brush".....
Good luck!

Thanks! We have photos, though, and I will try Ebay. Mainly, I think we will list it from teh guy that we bought it from. Hopefully we can sell it, it's a nice piece of land! Thanks for all the tips.

Talkeetna land
do you still have the land available. We visited Talkeetna this year and have been looking for a small piece of land. Tell me more about it if it's still available. On or off grid? How far from the town? Road access? etc
